Nothing ever comes to you perfect, and the MCoupe is no exception: the stock wheels on the MCoupe had snow tires mounted on them. Some people might say "but matthew, why not just put new tires on the stock wheels???"... Those people are idiots.
I wanted two sets of wheels anyway (so I could easily switch between tires), and I now had good snow tires mounted on the stock wheels. What better excuse to immediately get new wheels?

I finally settled on some SSR Competition wheels in silver. They're forged aluminum and almost 10 lbs lighter (each) than the stock BMW wheels. They are wrapped in Pirelli PZero Nero tires, which is a relatively new max performance tire that is supposedly one of the best. Anyway, heres what the coupe looks like with them on.
